Led coordination efforts with
engineers in distribution and tracking of projects. Selected and provided RF
engineers with sites to upgrade and install new T-1s to meet vendor’s needs.
Tracked progress on T1 and ETTC projects. Implemented new projects to allow
move from copper-based wire technology to a dedicated ethernet connection to
each cell site. Produced extensive reports utilizing excel spreadsheets to
communicate efforts with upper level management and vendors.

Created scripts for IUCS
Expansion/De-growth, IUR Link Adds & RNC/IUPS re-homes. Specialized in
large-scale configuration of the MSC, BSC, RBS, RNC, MSN and Node-B. This
included but was not limited to cell definition within the MSC and BSC/RNC,
Detailed MSN work, BSC/RNC RF parameters, 911 phase changes, and many special
projects related to the RAN. Responsible for Nation-wide 3G
configuration, which included Tellabs and Alcatel Multi Services Network ATM.
Utilized MS EXCEL/Visual Basic and procomm for script creation and quality
control of 3G network equipment. Provided network troubleshooting and
quality control of newly configured nodes. Configured ATM parameters linking
Utran cells and RNC to RBS for increasing bandwidth and improving network
performance.

Worked with AT&T personnel to
establish drafting standards for the State of California. Implemented QA
group within the Engineering Department and inspected construction packages
for engineering accuracy and cost effectiveness. Coordinated the designing
of the FTTN Lightspeed Project to offer VDSL services to subscribers.
Designed Work Packages in Microstation to all current specifications to
create construction drawings. Addressed fallout from the system and brought
them to a quick resolution following AT&T MOP. Reviewed existing
commercial and residential engineering drawings and service data throughout
the greater Los Angeles area for plant extensions. Had a senior support role
for the engineering department on methods and standards for construction packages.

and site elevation maps using specific requirements from city jurisdictions
and clients. Designed accurate measurements in Autocad within the Right of
Way to guarantee an accurately scaled drawing. Used Photoshop to complete
photo simulations for presentation in front of clients. Used in-depth utility
maps for new designs.
